William Radar
William Rader was born March 17th 1993, in Dallas, Texas. He started racing mountain bikes at the age of seven and raced on the dirt mostly, winning multiple state titles and 3 national metals (2 National championships), then splitting time between road and off road at the age of 12. At his first national road championship, at the age of 12, he finished 2nd in three events. Then at the age of 14 he won his second national championship on the mountain bike and got a 3rd in the Time Trial at road nationals. His fifteen year old season William played football and raced for fun but not very seriously, after taking a break William started racing again seriously half way through his sixteen year old season. Starting his seventeen year old season William raced as a category three, and then moved up to a category two on Metro Volkswagen Cycling Team. William is looking forward to getting the chance at racing internationally.
