Joe is the veteran on the team. He raced with the US National Team in 1999 and 2000 and turned Professional in ‘99. He rode for the US Postal Service Cycling Team in ‘99, then with Tokyo Joe's Pepsi in 2000. In 2001 and 2002 (Europe) he was back with the US National Team on the track and then joined Bianchi on the road. In 2003 Joe suffered a life threatening injury when he was struck by a car, breaking his neck.  The injury prevented Joe from competing from 2003 and 2004. He bounced back and was back on the bike in late 2005. In addition to multiple State and National Titles, Joe also won the Police and Military World Championships in 2007 and 2008.
