Andrew is 21 years old and a native of Tampa, Florida. He started racing BMX when he was nine years old and raced for “Team USA” in 2004 and 2007. He also raced the National Calendar BMX Races up and down the east coast. Andrew only started focusing on the road full time this year with the Metro Volkswagen Cycling Team. His biggest achievements to date were at the Tour of Bahamas 2008 where he finished 4th in the time trail and won stages 1 and 2 before finishing 2nd overall. Another highlight was his 2nd place at the U23 Florida State Championship Road Race last year.
